God Will Provide A Way & Protect You

God Will Provide A Way

God Will Provide A Way

So how does one qualify for the incredible promises that God has made for us? Are you questioning whether God will provide for you or if God will protect you? Is it only for the select few that God chooses? Is it God's choice at all? Or is the invitation open to any and all. And if it is, how does one qualify for it?

Background
In the old testament, the book of Psalms was written by King David, the second King of Israel. His back story is amazing but I won't get into that now. Let it suffice to say that He did some really awful things when He was king, but all the time retained a close relationship with God, so that at the end of his life, God refers to David as "A man after God's Heart"

The following is something David wrote that literally tells us unequivocally how to walk through life under God's protective hand, (also referred to as dwelling under the shadow of the Almighty) so that no harm will befall you, and you will go through life with God's blessings overtaking you where ever you go.

The 91st Psalms is short but incredibly significant, and is basically in two parts.
1. He describes the nature of the protection, then he tells you how anyone can qualify for it by taking some very simple steps. The first part of the 91st Psalms says this:

God Will Provide Scripture

"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall remain stable and fixed under the shadow of the Almighty [Whose power no foe can withstand]. (Psalms 91:1 Amplified Bible)
I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, My God, in whom I trust! For it is He who delivers you from the snare the trapper, (Satan) and from the deadly pestilence. (Psalms 91:2,3 New American Standard)

He covers you with his feathers, and you find shelter underneath his wings. (Psalms 91:4 Jerusalem Bible) You shall not be afraid of the terror of the night, nor of the arrow [the evil plots and slanders of the wicked] that flies by day…(Psalms 91:5 Amplified)… nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday. (Psalms 91:6 New International Version)

A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it shall not approach you…you yourself will remain unscathed…it shall not come near you…(Psalms 91:7 New American Standard-Jerusalem Bible-Amplified Bible) … you will only observe with your eyes… only a spectator shall you be [yourself inaccessible in the secret place of the Most High] as you witness the reward of the wicked. (Psalms 91:8 New International Version-Amplified Bible)
No evil will befall you… (Psalms 91:10 New American Standard) No disaster can overtake you, no plague, come near your tent: he will put you in his angels’ charge to guard you wherever you go. (Psalms 91:11 Jerusalem Bible)

How to Pray Effectively - Prayers To God

Prayers To God -God Please Help Me

Prayers To God

Prayers to God - It's real simple. Not a lot of formality is required nor rituals involved. That's right, God wants to hear from you now. The Bible tells us, "Men ought always to pray!" (Luke 18:1) God wants us to pray always, to tell Him about the things we want and/or need. What's that you ask? If God is all powerful and He knows what we want and/or need before we ask, why do we have to pray to ask Him for them?
The answer to that question is simple. God gave the human race complete authority in the earth. In fact, the Bible says that God gave our first parents 'dominion over all the earth'.

"Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth" (Genesis 1:26 NKJV)

Because we humans have dominion in the earth, God will not interfere with our free will, or get involved in our lives unless we ask Him to. That's where prayers to God come in. And because God loves us so much and really does want to be involved in our lives, He has given us prayer as a means by which we can invite Him to get involved in our lives. Where Is God When Tragedy Strikes-Does God Allow Suffering?

Where Is God When Tragedy Strikes

Where Is God When Tragedy Strikes

As the horror of the mass shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown Connecticut continues to unfold, we are once again faced with the painful question, "Why did God allow this to happen?" Where is God when tragedy strikes? It is commonly believed by most people who believe in God, that because He is "all mighty" and "all powerful", that His failure to act when tragedy strikes, makes Him actively or passively responsible for not preventing the tragedy from occurring. In order to cope with the staggering contradiction of a "loving God" who allows terrible things to happen in our world, many well meaning men of the clergy try to console us with words like, "It must have been God's will!" or, "God works in mysterious ways, we don't always know why He allows things to happen, but we must have faith that He has a higher purpose!"
Fortunately for all of us, neither of these statements are true, because [keep reading-click here >>>]

True Meaning of Christmas

True Meaning Of Christmas

The real meaning of Christmas began more than two thousand years ago when the Lord of all Creation, the God of all that exists, asked His only Son to lay down His crown and come to planet Earth. Through the miracle of incarnation, He would be born of a virgin in small town called Bethlehem, His birthing place a stable, His bed, a manger. His name would be called Jesus. He would be a stranger in the world that He created, an alien among those whom He made in His own image and likeness. His mission, to reconcile a lost and dying world back to His Father God, to redeem any and all who would hear His voice and rise to the high calling of becoming the Sons of God.

Dear God Please Help and Give Me Strength

Dear God Please Help and Give Me Strength

Dear God Please Help & Give Me Strength

Presently, are you in the painful spot and asking, “Dear God please help me”? Are you asking, “God please give me the strength to endure? Are your prayers to God not being heard?

There are numerous instances when many of us pray God for something that is incredibly important to us or even immediately urgent, and yet it seems our prayers to God appear to go unnoticed. So why won’t God help me then? The reasons why prayers wind up going unanswered may not necessarily be obvious to you. But one things is for certain. You need to know that when we request anything according to God's will, He hears us.

“This is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.” (1 John 5:14 & 15 NKJV)

Notice that this verse shows us that when we have "confidence" in God, He will definitely answer our prayers whenever we pray “according to His will”. And therefore the subsequent logical question would be, “What then is His will”?

“When you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do.” (James 1: 5–7 NIV)

In this case the particular Bible verses are actually showing all of us that when we are double minded when we pray, we shouldn't anticipate receiving anything from God. So what is meant by  "being double minded"? The idea simply indicates that whenever you ask Him for something in prayer, you doubt whether or not He will answer you. Simply put, God will not react to "unbelieving prayer". So then if you expect God to answer your prayers, we must recognize that He listens to us and is faithful to answer our prayers. However we should recognize that there are things that can hinder our prayers.

“Whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses.” (Mark 11:25 NKJV)

God can only present us with the same mercy and forgiveness that we're willing to extend toward the ones who have offended or caused us pain. We are to forgive those who have “trespassed” against us and then God will hear our prayers.

From this we know that if we make God the first priority in our lives, He'll make us a His first priority. Everyday draw near to God and He will draw near to you.

2 Ways To Simplify Your Life

2 Ways To Simplify Your Life

Have you been searching for peace of mind? Have life’s burdens been weighing you down? Do you wish your life was simple and want to simplify your life? Once you seek the peacefulness in which only God can provide to you, good things will begin happening in your life.

1. Don't Rely On Your Own Ability
Jesus doesn't want you to run to and count on worldly wisdom. Definitely there is certainly nothing wrong with seeing a doctor for medical help or getting a financial specialist to manage your money, but Jesus prefers you to come to Him first for guidance and direction.

2. Turn To Christ and Rest On Him
So where do you turn? Simply turn to Jesus Christ. He provides the Holy Spirit whom presently lives in you, that "silent voice" that you've heard so very often. The way you simplify your life is to start listening to the "silent voice".  The bible says the Holy Spirit shall teach you all things. Yes…ALL things!  Do you really feel that? Or do you find yourself seeking God’s advice simply for spiritual things, but ask for “professional” help for all other things in your daily life?

For example, a business deal you are considering may appear very good on the surface. However, if you do not have peace and tranquility in your spirit (“gut”), then you should not move forward. Only move forward if that you have the inner peace which the Holy Spirit provides.

Always be guided and driven by His peace and tranquility.  Anytime you follow the true peace which only God gives to you as an internal witness, good things will come your way!

God Will Provide A Way and Carry You Through Tough Times

God Will Provide A Way and Carry You Through Tough Times
God Will Provide

So many people today are trapped in a rut. It has nothing to do with whether they are talented or whether they are successful or not. And it's simply not because they have not received the favor of God.

It is simply because their vision of themselves and their life is limited. They cannot see beyond their present situation whether it's a personal hardship they have encountered or having a very low self esteem.

They really don't see themselves in a positive light, accomplishing their dreams, being promoted or even living an abundant and healthier life. They just see themselves in a “negative” light simply because it is what they are focused on daily. What you see in your mind’s eye is what you are going to move toward. You will fulfill that destiny believe it or not.

The truth is, most of us have vision. Each and every one of us draws an image in our thoughts of our self, our loved ones and our future. The question is: what does your image appear like? Do you see yourself striving and reaching higher, overcoming obstacles, living an abundant lifestyle? Do you dare to dream past your present circumstances?

Right now, why don't you consider changing what you are concentrating on? Focus your thoughts beyond your present situation. Expand your dreams, have a bold vision for your daily life. See yourself the way in which God sees you and move forward toward the abundant existence He has waiting for you.

Our Story – Losing Everything But Finding God Along the Way

Our Story – Losing Everything But Finding God Along the Way

God Will Provide A Way
Much like millions of American families who actually fell into victim into your major financial meltdown during these past few years, our loved ones definitely would not continue to be safe from this disaster. My wife and I experienced the predicament of "Exactly how will we at this point to try to make ends meet"? Truly being subjected to the possibility of the losing we both labored very hard for and dreamed about enjoying, our dreadful fear and worry evolved into reality.
The two of us without a doubt suffered the loss of everything. But nevertheless what my family and I would undoubtedly learn afterward was that our misfortune was indeed a revelation revealing the incomprehensive depth on the love of The Lord.

So  Now what?
Deep down in our souls we both realized that each these issues really are a set up for a comeback. God is good and my wife and I recognized all sorts of good things would eventually come about from this one day.
Having said that, we were faced head -on with having to deal with the nightmare of getting through life on an everyday basis. Which by the way, turned out to be extremely bumpy as well as unsettling, to say the least.
You could also be experiencing despair and distress on a daily basis and may relate to this. You could have some really good days and also quite a few painful moments.  Life is without any sense of tranquility nor pleasure…in simple terms there’s a huge void in your life.
In looking back, another thing has been beyond doubt, the compassion of our God. He had been the only constant part of this trial.
It has been a very long process to arrive at this point. We are at a place where my wife and I inside our hearts, want to help out others that may be in a “terrible place” (for whatever the reason). We want to  tell them how very simple it is if you just turn it over ALL over to the Lord-100%. Once you understand the love God has for you is so deep, you derive comfort and perseverance from Him.

If you have children you know the love you have for them is so deep. Given this, you might contemplate how deep the love of the Almighty is the fact that The Father crucified Jesus for your? Man's mind finds this unfathomable.

My spouse and I been through plenty of heartache. We both experienced every single feeling possible from unhappiness, despair, isolation, hopelessness, lost self-esteem etc.   As one would expect it was sometimes torture to get through every day. It ended up being just when my family and I realized that until we entirely turned over our entire situation to the Lord, we would probably continue down this miserable path. You may be wondering what it means by “relinquishing 100% to the Lord”? No this doesn't imply you can no longer sit back and watch television or browse the paper or have a nice glass of wine or even go to the movie theater.  It is about a “mental outlook”.  It is about believing with 100% of your heart the promises Jesus makes to you and I. That's what faith and belief truly is, isn’t it? Let me reveal the harsh truth, either you actually are going to commit entirely or not. When you aspire to dwell in overall peace of mind and rest, is not there any other journey?  Accordingly my family and I decided to  commit 100% of ourselves. And that is, TOTAL unwavering belief in The Lord that He will bring us out a lot better off than we were.
We needed to believe that the Lord really will never leave us or forsake us. We made a choice of instead of using our time and energy being stressed or trying to predict what is in the future, we erased  all  negative and focused on God’s promises.  My family and I essential had to stop the insanity and the best way to do was to put ALL our worries on Jesus. My wife and I focused on the love of Jesus...Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.” (Matthew 11:28-30  NKJV).

The end result is when you find your soul at peace,  Jesus will make a better way for you. All you need to do is invite The Lord into your life to achieve this.

In looking back I must say my family and Ii didn't get here all alone. My wife and I did not realize it but God was by our side-The Lord did not abandon our family. (God is actually by your side too!)
At the time once my wife and I could actually accept that, is definitely when things to started to get better for us emotionally.

I encourage you to go ahead and take the first step and turn over your entire fears to Him. Make it a point that whenever you begin feeling something negative, that you are in control of “hitting the delete button” . And instead put your focus on the goodness and the love of the Lord. Invite Jesus into your life. Once you do this, you will begin changing your life and good things will start taking place for you. Believe me my wife and I know. The Lord is good.
