Dear God Please Help and Give Me Strength

Dear God Please Help and Give Me Strength

Dear God Please Help & Give Me Strength

Presently, are you in the painful spot and asking, “Dear God please help me”? Are you asking, “God please give me the strength to endure? Are your prayers to God not being heard?

There are numerous instances when many of us pray God for something that is incredibly important to us or even immediately urgent, and yet it seems our prayers to God appear to go unnoticed. So why won’t God help me then? The reasons why prayers wind up going unanswered may not necessarily be obvious to you. But one things is for certain. You need to know that when we request anything according to God's will, He hears us.

“This is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.” (1 John 5:14 & 15 NKJV)

Notice that this verse shows us that when we have "confidence" in God, He will definitely answer our prayers whenever we pray “according to His will”. And therefore the subsequent logical question would be, “What then is His will”?

“When you ask, you must believe and not doubt, because the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. That person should not expect to receive anything from the Lord. Such a person is double-minded and unstable in all they do.” (James 1: 5–7 NIV)

In this case the particular Bible verses are actually showing all of us that when we are double minded when we pray, we shouldn't anticipate receiving anything from God. So what is meant by  "being double minded"? The idea simply indicates that whenever you ask Him for something in prayer, you doubt whether or not He will answer you. Simply put, God will not react to "unbelieving prayer". So then if you expect God to answer your prayers, we must recognize that He listens to us and is faithful to answer our prayers. However we should recognize that there are things that can hinder our prayers.

“Whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses.” (Mark 11:25 NKJV)

God can only present us with the same mercy and forgiveness that we're willing to extend toward the ones who have offended or caused us pain. We are to forgive those who have “trespassed” against us and then God will hear our prayers.

From this we know that if we make God the first priority in our lives, He'll make us a His first priority. Everyday draw near to God and He will draw near to you.

2 Ways To Simplify Your Life

2 Ways To Simplify Your Life

Have you been searching for peace of mind? Have life’s burdens been weighing you down? Do you wish your life was simple and want to simplify your life? Once you seek the peacefulness in which only God can provide to you, good things will begin happening in your life.

1. Don't Rely On Your Own Ability
Jesus doesn't want you to run to and count on worldly wisdom. Definitely there is certainly nothing wrong with seeing a doctor for medical help or getting a financial specialist to manage your money, but Jesus prefers you to come to Him first for guidance and direction.

2. Turn To Christ and Rest On Him
So where do you turn? Simply turn to Jesus Christ. He provides the Holy Spirit whom presently lives in you, that "silent voice" that you've heard so very often. The way you simplify your life is to start listening to the "silent voice".  The bible says the Holy Spirit shall teach you all things. Yes…ALL things!  Do you really feel that? Or do you find yourself seeking God’s advice simply for spiritual things, but ask for “professional” help for all other things in your daily life?

For example, a business deal you are considering may appear very good on the surface. However, if you do not have peace and tranquility in your spirit (“gut”), then you should not move forward. Only move forward if that you have the inner peace which the Holy Spirit provides.

Always be guided and driven by His peace and tranquility.  Anytime you follow the true peace which only God gives to you as an internal witness, good things will come your way!
